The smartchip allows your refilled HP 3500 toner cartridges to have the same functions as the OEM, including supplies status information, toner low/out indicator, and information regarding pages printed/remaining. HP 3500 smartchip replaces the chip on the original HP 3500 cartridges (Q2670A, Q2671A, Q2672A, Q2673A). HP 3700 smartchips are also available!
